Welcome to Vee at The Sista’s Lounge Booking Site I appreciate your business and would like to thank you for booking with me. In order to assure the highest level of service and satisfaction, please review and understand my service policy throughly before scheduling. Your appointments are very important to me and is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore I respectfully request at least a 24hr notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients that could have received services at that time miss that opportunity as well. Appointments and Cancellation Policy My appointments are confirmed 48hrs in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you’ve booked way prior. Deposits are $25 non refundable that is applied to your balance after service have been completed and paid. Clients canceling with less than 24hrs of scheduled appointment will be charged a 25$ fee meaning your deposit will be non refundable . If client would like to rebook there will be a rebooking fee of $25 for a new date and appointment time. If client is a No show the client will be charged a $25 fee plus will loose their $25 non refundable deposit equaling $50 A One time reschedule is allowed if rescheduled within 48hrs of scheduled appointment time. Your 25$ deposit will remain and be applied to your new appointment. Any appointments rescheduled after the 1st rescheduled appointment will result in a new booking fee of $25. After Two no shows you will result in being put on the do not book list with Vee. Please respect my time as well as the convenience of myself, yourself and others. I’m a very understanding person but my cancellation policy is strictly and enforced. Due to limited space Absolutely no extra visitors that’s not being serviced allowed to come with you during your appointment. No children unless being serviced.
